Readings

Readings don't expire. Use them whenever you're ready. Readings are non-refundable once used — once a reading session has begun, that reading has been spent. If you purchased readings and haven't used them, contact us at hello@tarotgrace.com and we'll find a fair solution.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings on tarotgrace.com. No forms, no phone calls. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend — catch it within 7 days and email us at hello@tarotgrace.com. We'll take care of it.

Something went wrong?

If a technical issue prevented you from accessing a reading you paid for, that's on us. Email us and we'll make it right. hello@tarotgrace.com
