Tarot Grace is built on trust. You're sharing real questions about your real life — the least we can do is be completely honest about how we handle your information.

What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive only what Google shares by default: your name and email. Nothing more. When you use Tarot Grace, your questions and readings are saved to your account so you can return to them. We don't read them. We don't analyze them. They're yours. If you make a purchase, payment is handled securely by Creem (creem.io), our payment processor and Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details. We collect basic usage data (pages visited, session duration) to understand how the product is working. This data is anonymized and never tied to your readings.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. Ever. We don't share your information with third parties, except the services that run this product (Creem for payments, Supabase for hosting and data storage) — and only what they need to do their job. We don't send marketing emails unless you've opted in. We don't use your readings to train AI models.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account and all associated data, or opt out of any communications at any time. Email us at hello@tarotgrace.com and we'll take care of it. If you're in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you're in California, you have rights under CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we've collected and the right to request deletion.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
